Executive Leadership Team

BCI® Board Member plays a key role in setting the BCI® core ideology, behavior, and principle where their background diversity, knowledge, and passion strongly contributes to BCI® continuous growth and its mission fulfillment.

The current members of the BCI® Board of Directors are:

Leandro Pereira, PhD

President

Leandro Pereira . BCI President

Leandro Pereira is a Full Professor in Strategy at ISCTE Business School and the founder of WINNING Consulting, a firm with over 300 employees specialising in management and technology consulting. He holds a PhD in Management, with a specialisation in Project Management, from the University of Salamanca, as well as a degree in Management Informatics from the University of Minho. He has authored over 250 indexed scientific publications and 25 books, and in 2017 received both the Best CEO of the Year award from Best Team Leaders and Revista Pessoal and the Best Student Award from the University of Minho. He is the Director of the Executive Master’s in Program and Project Management and the Postgraduate Diploma in Agile Project and Business Management at ISCTE Executive Education. Throughout his career, he has supervised dozens of PhD candidates and several hundred Master’s students, and was also the founding President of PMI Portugal and the Business Case Institute. He is an international expert in Strategy, Project Management, Problem Solving, and Benefits Realisation Management.

 Jorge Guedes, PhD

Jorge Guedes . BCI CEO

Dr Jorge F. Guedes is a senior executive consultant, academic, and thought leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation across global industries, governments, and higher education institutions. With a consulting background that includes leadership roles at SAP, PwC, and KPMG, he currently heads the Programme Advisory Network at Capgemini’s Global SAP Centre of Excellence, where he advises on complex transformation programmes across diverse sectors and geographies. In addition to his consulting work, Dr Guedes serves on several strategic advisory boards, including the MBA Advisory Board at the University of Nottingham Business School, the ESALQ Campus Advisory Board at the University of São Paulo, and the Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation. He is also the founder of The Workshop Society, a global initiative dedicated to accelerating digital adoption and education, with active programmes spanning four continents. Dr Guedes holds a PhD in Strategic Management from ISCTE-IUL, with research conducted in collaboration with the London School of Economics, where he was a Visiting Research Student. His academic contributions include peer-reviewed publications in the fields of digital strategy, transformation, and adoption, and he lectures and conducts research at institutions in the UK and Portugal and is a frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer across Europe.

 

 

Tianlu Sun (Lucy Sun), PhD

Dr. Tianlu Sun (Lucy Sun) is an internationalization strategist and academic researcher specializing in cross-border business development and intellectual property strategy. She holds a Doctorate in Management, with research focused on institutional challenges and strategic responses of cross-border enterprises in global markets. Based in Shenzhen, one of China’s leading innovation and technology hubs, Dr. Sun works at the intersection of academia, industry, and policy, supporting enterprise internationalization in complex global environments. With over 20 years of professional experience, she has worked with multinational professional service firms in areas including international expansion, regulatory compliance, and global market strategy. She is the Founder of Roadlink GLB and serves as Vice President of the Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of China. Dr. Sun also acts as a Joint Doctoral Supervisor in an industry-oriented PhD program in Europe, contributing to academic-industry collaboration between Europe and Asia. Her research interests include international business strategy, institutional governance, cross-border regulatory systems, and global value chain transformation.

 

Diego Ozório, PhD

Diego Ozorio BCI CEODiego Ozorio is a highly experienced professional in Corporate Finance, widely recognized for his strong academic and professional contributions to the field. He holds a PhD from ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, where his research focused on cognitive biases in asset negotiation processes, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Risk Analysis and an MBA in Business Management, both from Ibmec. For more than 15 years, he has been actively involved in executive education, teaching in Executive, MBA, and Post-MBA programs at FGV and Ibmec, and previously at the undergraduate level at Ibmec, with a focus on key areas of corporate financial decision-making. He is the author of the books Fundamental Analysis and Working Capital Management, and also developed the official Working Capital Management module for FGV Online. With over 22 years of consulting experience, he has worked with leading organizations such as Vale, Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, BNDES, Vivo, FUSVE, and Globo, among others, contributing to projects in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset valuation, corporate education, and business strategy. He also frequently participates in executive events and conferences, reinforcing his position as a respected authority in corporate finance and capital markets.
